The Boccia International Sports Federation (BISFed) is the governing body for World Boccia, one of 22 sports currently included in the summer Paralympic Games. The Federation has grown rapidly since its formation in 2012 and now has 75 National Governing bodies as members.
We are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive, a new role, reporting to the President. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual to lead the next stage of boccia’s growth and development. The successful candidate will have, amongst other attributes: experience of growing a small business or division; excellent networking, interpersonal and social skills; an eye for detail; good financial and commercial expertise; and an understanding of UK corporate governance requirements.
The role is flexible (including working from home and with some international travel) and depending on experience may not need to be full time. A full job specification can be found here.
