The Astana 2025 World Boccia Challenger in Kazakhstan has now concluded, showcasing both the individual and team/pairs competitions.
South Korea dominated the team events, securing two of the three gold medals available in the BC3 Pairs, BC4 Pairs, and BC1/2 Team categories.
It was a strong showing for the hosts in the individual competitions, with Kazakhstan collecting two golds, two silvers, and one bronze. Home athletes Balzhan Bolekpayeva (BC1 female) and Itiana Shingiskhanova (BC2 female) both struck gold.
