Grassroots level is the basis for growth and development of every sport. For this reason, BISFed is happy to see the increase in the number of competitions available for our young athletes.

Portugal will host a multi-sport development games in Portimão between the 3rd and 7th of October. BISFed members are welcome to enter athletes. Find details here:

In addition to this, 2019 has seen Finland host the EuropeanPara YouthGames with a Boccia competition between the 28th and 30th June. The competition hosted 29 athletes from 10 different countries with a age range of 13-23. Categories BC1, BC2, BC3 &BC4 had individual competitions in addition to Pairs BC3 competition and exhibition matches in teams and pairs BC4.
