The first World Open of the year gets underway on Wednesday and the organisers have released the draft schedule and event information.
The Technical Delegate for the event is the experienced Helena Bastos from Portugal who will be supported by Sebastian Alfaro Alarcon from Costa Rica. The referee team will be lead by Louis Mitchel from the USA with support from the Chair of the Rules Committee, Canadian, Gary Vander Vies. Fellow Canadian, John Cumberbirch will be the chief classifier for the event.
