BISFed President David Hadfield met with the President of the Italian Boccia Federation, Marco De Sanctis, during a private visit to Rome. The two Presidents discussed the exciting and rapid development of boccia in Italy and also took the opportunity to sign the Hosting Contract for the 2018 Olbia Boccia Regional Open which will take place in Sardinia in October 2018.
The 2018 season begins in 2 weeks time in Ise, Japan where the Japanese Boccia Association, in conjunction with the Japan Paralympic Association, will host their first international boccia event.
