A huge “THANK YOU!” to all the translators who have translated the rules into their own languages. This is a huge task that helps everyone. During the process of translating, I have received several questions for clarification, and some incorrect references have been pointed out. We do not want to make any drastic changes at this time, but in fairness to everyone, we are issuing a version 2 now which contains the corrected references and some extra comments.
These edits are all listed on page 2 of the rule book, and the changes have been made in the actual text. This will be the official version that takes us through the rest of 2017. As promised, at the end of 2017, we will review all comments received, to determine any further changes for 2018-2020.
