The South Korean BC3 star bulldozed his way to a fourth Paralympic gold, with no-one able to take him to a tight finish.
Jeong beat Australian Daniel Michel in the final – to repeat his 2016 triumph in Rio and add to his pairs titles he also won in Beijing and Tokyo.
