The Manama 2025 World Boccia Challenger tournament in Bahrain was a huge success.

Staged from 19–23 April at the Isa bin Rashid Sports Hall in Manama, the tournament featured 14 nations, more than 70 athletes and 97 officials from around the world.

It provided not only a fiercely competitive arena but also an important platform to promote and raise the profile of boccia in that part of the world.

One of the standout moments of the competition came from Mongolia’s T. Munkhdemberel, who captured the silver medal in the BC1 division.

Under the direction of coach S. Altankhundaga, Munkhdemberel’s success represents a landmark achievement for Mongolian para sport.

Congratulations to all involved.
